How to make it

  • Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, red pepper, white pepper, salt and parsley.
  • Cover and simmer 10 minutes. (note: I puree at this point but that is optional)
  • Add Parmesan, vodka and Half and Half. Simmer for 20 minutes.

    This is one I will also be trying soon - vodka sauce is probably my favorite sauce for pasta...this one sounds phenomenal. Thanks for finding that recipe, AND for sharing it with us!
