this is the basic way i make pickled eggs, but i throw the beets in and also some thick sliced rings of onions, every thing is wonderful pickled. the guys around here never let the eggs sit long enough to pickle all the way thru.

It seems like some people don't like pickled eggs, especially girls. Never could figure out why. Anyway, although they are not something I would eat everyday I really do like them from time to time. Thanks for this easy and good tasting recipe. Big 5.
