Ingredients
  • 1 box Artichoke and Spinach Noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts.-save juice, chop artichokes
  • 1 small bunch of fresh basil chopped
  • few Tbs fresh chopped frsh cilanto
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives sliced or to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozarella balls, sliced into small pieces or to taste
  • Extrav virgin olive oil to taste and moisten
  • 1 clove garlic minced or to taste
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Simply mix all gently together, serve room temp or chilled
