Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix thoroughly butter, brown sugar and egg.
  • Stir in the Bisquick, mix well with a fork (Cookie dough should be thick.
  • If not add a little more Bisquick)
  • Stir in the chocolate chips
  • Drop by the tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 2 dozen.

    I bought Bisquick mix tonight so I could try this recipe tommorrow. I can't wait. I have been looking for a good basic chocolate chip cookie recipe.

    I love this one! I have never made the chocolate chip cookies using Bisquick as a base but I have good one that uses cake mix I'll have to get up there. I have so many great recipes from all over!
    I've never seen that version of the Betty Crocker series. You have a real find there!
