Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup of butter

3/4 cups brown sugar, packed

1 egg

2 cups of Bisquick

6 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix thoroughly butter, brown sugar and egg.

Stir in the Bisquick, mix well with a fork (Cookie dough should be thick.

If not add a little more Bisquick)

Stir in the chocolate chips

Drop by the tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet.

Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 2 dozen.
