Lime Jalapeno Shrimp

This is a great way to make shrimp. The key lime gives off a great taste. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup key lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 2 jalapenos seeded and chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse shrimp and pat dry then combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.
- Marinate 30 minutes then remove shrimp from marinade.
- Spray broiler pan or grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
- Thread shrimp on skewers or place on rack for broiling and grilling.
- Cook 4 minutes per side basting frequently with marinade.
