This is a great way to make shrimp. The key lime gives off a great taste. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and chopped

Directions
  1. Rinse shrimp and pat dry then combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.
  2. Marinate 30 minutes then remove shrimp from marinade.
  3. Spray broiler pan or grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Thread shrimp on skewers or place on rack for broiling and grilling.
  5. Cook 4 minutes per side basting frequently with marinade.
