Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground Venison (you could use turkey burger or beef)
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1 Gold Potato, shredded
  • 1 medium Onion, shredded
  • 1 Sweet Potato, medium in size, shredded
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 5-6 Good shakes of Wochestire Sauce
  • Mrs. Dash, Italian Seasoning, and Salt and Pepper, to taste (I like spice, so the top of my burger looks green from all of the spices until I mix it up.)
  • Highly recommended - red pepper (like cayenne) - give it a little zip.

Directions
  1. Shred the vegetables
  2. Mix the shredded vegetables together.
  3. Mix the shredded vegetables with the burger
  4. Add the egg
  5. Mix well
  6. Add the Wochestire Sauce and the seasonings and mix well
  7. Make the burger patties
  8. Grill until desired level of doneness
  9. Serve with toasted bun, sliced cheese, and everyone's favorite condiments.I paired the burgers with brown rice, a salad, and a berry smoothie.
  10. This recipe made about 15 burgers, many of which I froze for future use.

I bet these were extra moist and flavorful from the vegetables.
Nothing like a grilled burger to satisfy a hungry man like me.
They look great anf I flagged them so.
Five forks and a big happy smile :)

These sound truly wonderful, I wish I had one right now, do you deliver?

Love the idea of adding all those veggies to the burgeres! I could probably trick my kids like that too, since they love burgeres but not veggies! They look wonderful, thanks for the post!

You are one smart mama! What a great way to get veggies into your diet, and add some great moistness to your burgers...I can't wait to try this as soon as grilling season is upon us here - even though we love our veggies, I have to try them IN my burger - thanks for sharing your idea!
