How to make it

  • Shred the vegetables
  • Mix the shredded vegetables together.
  • Mix the shredded vegetables with the burger
  • Add the egg
  • Mix well
  • Add the Wochestire Sauce and the seasonings and mix well
  • Make the burger patties
  • Grill until desired level of doneness
  • Serve with toasted bun, sliced cheese, and everyone's favorite condiments.I paired the burgers with brown rice, a salad, and a berry smoothie.
  • This recipe made about 15 burgers, many of which I froze for future use.

    You are one smart mama! What a great way to get veggies into your diet, and add some great moistness to your burgers...I can't wait to try this as soon as grilling season is upon us here - even though we love our veggies, I have to try them IN my burger - thanks for sharing your idea!

    I bet these were extra moist and flavorful from the vegetables.
    Nothing like a grilled burger to satisfy a hungry man like me.
