How to make it

  • Cook veal in a large heated oiled pan, in batches, until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Remove veal from pan; cover to keep warm.
  • Add combined remaining ingredients to same pan. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Return veal to pan; coat with sauce.
