Lemon Pepper Schnitzel

- 8 (720g) veal schnitzels shopping list
- 300ml cream shopping list
- 1 Tsp lemon rind shopping list
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tsp chopped fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 Tsp chicken stock powder shopping list
- 1 Tsp cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook veal in a large heated oiled pan, in batches, until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Remove veal from pan; cover to keep warm.
- Add combined remaining ingredients to same pan. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Return veal to pan; coat with sauce.
