Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb pork cutlet; 1/2 inch thick
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large egg; beaten well
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • cooking oil
  • lemon wedge

Directions
  1. Pound the pork cutlet and season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip it in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Pan-fry in a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat until done.
  4. It should be nicely browned and crisp.
  5. Serve with a lemon wedge and parsley.
