Pork Schnitzel

- 1/2 lb pork cutlet; 1/2 inch thick shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 large egg; beaten well shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- cooking oil shopping list
- lemon wedge shopping list
How to make it
- Pound the pork cutlet and season it with salt and pepper.
- Dip it in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Pan-fry in a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat until done.
- It should be nicely browned and crisp.
- Serve with a lemon wedge and parsley.
