How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350. In bowl, combine bittersweet chocolate and butter. microwave 30 sec;stir. Repeat as needed,microwaving 15 secs. at a time. Stir till smooth. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Using electric mixer on med. speed,beat in eggs,1 at a time. Gradually add flour. Fold in semi-sweet chips. Por batter into greased 8" springform pan.
  • Bake 50 mins or till tester inserted 11/2" from edge comes out clean. Let cool on rack 2 hours. Chill 30 mins. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
