Green Potatoes From Sweden Recipe

How to make it

  • Boil potatoes until thoroughly cooked.
  • Put through potato ricer or mash well with electric mixer.
  • Add cream, butter, salt and pepper then beat until light and fluffy.
  • Cook spinach then add to mashed potatoes.
  • Mix in chives and dill then place in greased casserole dish.
  • Cover and bake for 20 minutes then serve immediately.
