Green Potatoes From Sweden

- 6 large potatoes shopping list
- 3/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen spinach shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried dill shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes until thoroughly cooked.
- Put through potato ricer or mash well with electric mixer.
- Add cream, butter, salt and pepper then beat until light and fluffy.
- Cook spinach then add to mashed potatoes.
- Mix in chives and dill then place in greased casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes then serve immediately.
