jumbo lump crabcakes

- 1 cup lo fat mayonnaise shopping list
- 3egg whites shopping list
- 1teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoond fresh dill shopping list
- 1pound jumbo lump crabmeat shopping list
- 1 cup japanese (panko)breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350
- mix ingredients together, exceptcrabmeat and crumbs
- mix thoroughly
- gently fold in crabmeat
- portion into 3 or 4 cakes,and cover both sides with breadcrumbs
- lightly saute until cakes are brown on both sides
- place in oven for 4 minutes
- serve with favorite slaw and tatar or whatever sauce you like,i also like a remoulade sauce with this
