Cream Of Jalapeno Soup Recipe

Ingredients

8 T. Butter

8 T. Flour

2 13 oz. cans evaporated milk

6 Chicken bouilon cubes

4 Jalapeno peppers seeded and veins removed

Directions

Melt butter in pot

Add flour and stir til well blended and smooth

Gradually add the milk and bouilon stir till well incorprated puree the Jalapenos in a blender with a bit of the soup and then add back to pot

Cook till hot DO NOT BOIL this soup it will break

Serve with cornbread and a dollop of sour cream

Enjoy
