Cream of Jalapeno soup

- 8 T. butter shopping list
- 8 T. flour shopping list
- 2 13 oz. cans evaporated milk shopping list
- 6 chicken bouilon cubes shopping list
- 4 jalapeno peppers seeded and veins removed shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in pot
- Add flour and stir til well blended and smooth
- Gradually add the milk and bouilon stir till well incorprated puree the Jalapenos in a blender with a bit of the soup and then add back to pot
- Cook till hot DO NOT BOIL this soup it will break
- Serve with cornbread and a dollop of sour cream
- Enjoy

This sounds like something my son would love. He eats Habaneros so I'm sure he would like this. I bet it would be good with Cheedar Cheese, like a Nacho Soup and serve with crispy Tortillas instead of crackers.
