Thousand Island Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

16 ounce bottle Thousand Island dressing

2/3 cup apricot preserves

2 envelopes dry onion soup mix

8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

Combine dressing, preserves and soup mix.

Place chicken in ungreased baking pan and top with dressing mixture.

Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes basting often.

Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.

Serve juice over rice or cooked egg noodles topped with chicken.
