Garbanzo and feta

- 2 cups cooked chick peas shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary coarse chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes cut in half shopping list
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- fine dice onion
- heat olive oil in hot saute pan add onions, cook for 4 minutes on medium heat
- add garlic then add chick peas rosemary, oregano, black pepper
- saute for 2 minutes
- add tomatoes and feta toss for 30 seconds pour on to serving dish
- cheese should just be warmed not melted
- yum, enjoy

I love this! I make it the same way the only difference being that I use the white part of scallions instead of onion! eXCELLENT!
