How to make it

  • Wash spinach and place in a pan. Cover and steam (without adding additional water) until limp and reduced in 1/2. Rinse with cold water and squeeze all the liquid from the limp spinach. Chop spinach and combine/work in the remaining ingredients to blend. Chill and enjoy.
