Sigeum Chi NamoolSeasoned Spinach Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 # fresh spinach
  • 1T. chopped green oinion
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. + sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped and crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 heaping tsp. sesame seed

Directions
  1. Wash spinach and place in a pan. Cover and steam (without adding additional water) until limp and reduced in 1/2. Rinse with cold water and squeeze all the liquid from the limp spinach. Chop spinach and combine/work in the remaining ingredients to blend. Chill and enjoy.
