Apple Sausage Cheddar Quiche

APPLE SAUSAGE CHEDDAR QUICHE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Krieger Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1997.
Ingredients
- 2 cups day old French bread shopping list
- 3 link sausages precooked and cut in 1/4" slices shopping list
- 1 granny smith apple peeled and chopped shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Tear bread into 1” inch pieces then cover bottom of quiche dish with bread pieces.
- Add sausage and apple then whisk eggs and milk together and pour over bread mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes then cool 10 minutes before slicing.
