Qe2 House Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

2 large Spanish onions peel and quarted

1 1/2 cup Heilman's Mayo

1 cup white vinegar

1/8 cup oregano

1/8 cup granulated garlic

white pepper to taste

Directions

Place onions in food processor and pulse to fine chop

add remaining ingredients pulse to combine.

Place in covered glass bowl or jar let marinade 24 hours in refrigerator before using. Enjoy!

I worked aboard the Veedam and worked with a chef who just came off the QE2. He gave me the recipe.
