This is an easy sandwich recipe to use left over turkey/chicken. Always a crowd pleaser.....YUM!

Ingredients
  • 6 cups cooked chicken/turkey
  • 2 cups cubed velveeta cheese
  • 3/4 cup onion chopped fine
  • 1 cup miracle whip or mayo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Directions
  1. Mix together.
  2. Put in crock pot on high for one hour.
  3. Turn to low for an additional hour.
  4. Add extra cheese on top in crock pot 20 min. before serving
  5. Put on bread or buns.
  6. **It can go in the oven at 350 degrees.
