How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Roll pastry thin and cut into 4” circles.
  • Fit each round into muffin cup and press in gently.
  • Beat eggs until they are light then add sugar and mix well.
  • Add butter, salt and vanilla then mix well.
  • Combine walnuts and raisins and fill each cup 1/2 full.
  • Add egg mixture to fill each cup three-quarters then bake for 25 minutes.

    I think you could make them as a single pie. I have not done it that way, I have made the individual ones and they were great.
