Mini Cream Cheese And Fruit Egg Rolls

- egg roll wraps cut into 1/4s shopping list
- cream cheese shopping list
- fruit cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- Make all up all egg rolls before starting to cook.
- Take 1 piece of egg roll, place about 1/2 tsp cream cheese in the center and top with a small piece of fruit.
- Roll one corner over the fruit
- Dampen 2 side corners with wet fingers and roll inward.
- Dampen final corner with wet fingers and bring over center of eggroll
- Fry about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
- Wetting the corners creates a seal on your egg roll
