Ingredients

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 oz mini choclate chips or more as desired

2 Tbs powder sugar

1/2 tsp grated orange zest

4 Sugar cones

garnish: chopped marachino cherries

Directions

In a bowl combine all except cones and chill mixture until ready to use.

When ready, spoon and divide cheese mixture into each cone.

Garnish cones if desired with chopped drained marachino cherries
