How to make it

  • In a small skillet, dry roast the seeds on med-high until half of them have popped. (You may want to cover the pan with a splatter guard)
  • Add the ground spices and stir for another minute or until fragrant.
  • Transfer to spice grinder or mortar and grind to a fine powder.
  • Store in an air-tight jar.
