  Makes a ton. Great gift idea for grownup stocking stuffers. I'm off to make some Madras Lentils now. Added benefit of aroma therapy! Having this on hand will encourage me to be more adventurous with some Indian recipes I've seen. After having mixed up the spices I realized that the Indian Recipes I've seen posted are basically mixing small batches of this for each recipe. Simplifies the whole process.
