It's been a long time since I have had frog legs. I grew up eating them. My grandmother would fuss about them jumping in her frying pan, when cooking.Your recipe sounds wonderful! I have not heard of Slap yo' mama. What is it?

Wow, I have not had fried frog legs for many years. As I remember, they do taste like chicken! This brings back some good memories. This is a good recipe that I know will taste good. The seasonings would also to fry fish. Fish fry anyone? Thanks for the recipe post! Judy :o)~~~ PS: I added this recipe to New Orleans and Louisiana Ladies
