Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup toor dal
  • 5 garlic pieces
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 medium sized onion (chopped)
  • 1/ 2 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp white mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp refined oil

Directions
  1. Wash n clean spinach leaves, chop it into small pieces
  2. In a pressure cooker boil spinach leaves, tomato, toor dal, onion n green chilly, salt, pepper n 2 cups of water
  3. Turn it off after 3 whistles
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Add mustard seeds (black n white)
  6. Now add the boiled items
  7. Cook covered for 3 mts.
