Spinach Rasam

- 1 bunch of spinach leaves shopping list
- 1/2 cup toor dal shopping list
- 5 garlic pieces shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 green chilly shopping list
- 1 tomato (chopped) shopping list
- 1 medium sized onion (chopped) shopping list
- 1/ 2 tsp black mustard seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp white mustard seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp refined oil shopping list
How to make it
- Wash n clean spinach leaves, chop it into small pieces
- In a pressure cooker boil spinach leaves, tomato, toor dal, onion n green chilly, salt, pepper n 2 cups of water
- Turn it off after 3 whistles
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds (black n white)
- Now add the boiled items
- Cook covered for 3 mts.
