Ingredients

3 tbls. Catalina salad dressing

3 tbls. honey

3 tbls. apricot preserves

3 tbls. grape jelly

2 tbls. chives, minced

2 tbls. balsamic vinegar

2 tbls. olive oil

2 tbls. ketchup

1 tbls. soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

1/4 tsp. pepper

2 beef tenderloins steaks, 1 1/2 to 2 inch thickness

Directions

In saucepan, add everything but steaks

Bring to boil

Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

Preheat oven to broil

Set aside 1/4 cup sauce and keep warm

Broil steaks until 140 degrees for rare, 160 for medium all the while basting with remaining sauce

Serve with remaining sauce over steaks
