How to make it

  • In saucepan, add everything but steaks
  • Bring to boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Preheat oven to broil
  • Set aside 1/4 cup sauce and keep warm
  • Broil steaks until 140 degrees for rare, 160 for medium all the while basting with remaining sauce
  • Serve with remaining sauce over steaks
