This is a recipe I have been making as far back as I can remember. A must for family cookouts.

Ingredients
  • 12 slices thick Texas toast
  • 1 pound goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 bunch cilantro

Directions
  1. Grill toast on stovetop grill or barbecue grill for 3 minutes on each side until well toasted.
  2. Mix goat cheese with sour cream, lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
  3. When bread is ready smear mixture over bread and cut each piece into four pieces.
