Tartare Sauce Recipe

	Bonzaichef / All my dishes 2 years, 5 months ago Tartare sauce is an old favourite & has gotta be the best accompliment to that good ole English favourite Deep fried battered or breaded cod with chips. Ingredients

1 portion of mustard mayonnaise(see recipe)

1 tsp green olives, finely chopped

1 tsp gherkins, finely chopped

1 tsp capers, finely chopped

1 tsp chopped chives

1 tsp fresh parsley

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl & mix well....Rocket science at it's best:-))

Serve with a breaded or beer battered fried fish such as cod or whatever tickles your fancy
