How to make it

  • In a large saute pan or frying pan, melt butter with oil.
  • Stir fry the onions, peppers, celery until tender but still nearly crisp.
  • Add the peeled shrimp and garlic.
  • Cook until not quite pink.
  • Add sauce and seasonings.
  • Cover and cook 4 minutes.
  • Serve over rice
  • Sprinkle with lemon zest, parsley for color and a "fresh lemon burst"
