How to make it

  • TO MAKE THE VODKA
  • Place 16 whole esprresso or coffee beans on a peice of 100% cotton cheesecolth and tie into a bundle with clean 100% cotton string.
  • Gently crush a few beans by tapping the tied coffee bean bundle lightly with a rolling pin.
  • Pour a 750ml bottle vodka into a plastic freezer container, add coffee bean bundle
  • Cover and store in freezer at least 4 days or up to 2 weeks - to chill longer, remove coffee bean bundle
  • THE DRINK
  • Fill a shot glass with ice
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Stir gently
