Afternoon Coffee Vodka Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

COFFEE BEAN VODKA

16 whole espresso of coffee beans

Cheesecloth/100% cotton string

750 ML Vodka

COOLER

Ice cubes

1/2 c cold brewed coffee

2 T Coffee Bean Vodka

1 T whipping cream, half and half, or light cream

1 t superfine or regular granulated sugar

Directions

TO MAKE THE VODKA

Place 16 whole esprresso or coffee beans on a peice of 100% cotton cheesecolth and tie into a bundle with clean 100% cotton string.

Gently crush a few beans by tapping the tied coffee bean bundle lightly with a rolling pin.

Pour a 750ml bottle vodka into a plastic freezer container, add coffee bean bundle

Cover and store in freezer at least 4 days or up to 2 weeks - to chill longer, remove coffee bean bundle

THE DRINK

Fill a shot glass with ice

Add remaining ingredients

Stir gently
