Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Spread the olives in an oven-proof dish and place the sprigs of rosemary in and toss on the garlic cloves.
  • Place in oven to meld the flavors and keep an eye on them. You want them warm, not baked! The time varies according to the size of the olives you use and the quantity so it's a bit individualized.
  • To serve, remove the olives from the dish with a slotted spoon to a serving bowl. Garnish with a couple of reserved rosemary sprigs.

Another interesting and different appetizer. I'm trying to imagine the flavor - guess I'll just have to bake up some to see what it is!
