Ingredients

How to make it

  • Assemble all ingredients and place the peach preserve or jam first onto the crust
  • Add all the fruit
  • Cover with the cheese, in small, thin slices
  • Add salt and brown sugar
  • Bake at 375*f until the cheese is well melted, and the crust is golden.
  • Let the pizza relax for about 10 minutes, then serve, with a scoop of ice cream on the side.
  • This makes a delicious dessert pizza, and I hope you all will like it.

Love fruit and cheese together - what an excellent idea to bake it on a pizza crust with a layer of fruit preserves. I have printed this off so we can try a small pizza for dessert one night. I'm thinking the leftovers would be good cold as well. Thank you for sharing your creation...Krum
