Delicious Fruit Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

basic pizza crust (or you can use the pre-made crust, ready to bake)

peach compote or preserve for basic layer, as you would use pizza sauce

1 small can of pineapple chunks, or fresh pineapple, 12 oz total

fresh cherries, enough to cover piza dough liberally

seedless red grapes, enough to liberally cover

mild cheese, enough to cover the fruit

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp brown sugar, sprinkled overtop

Directions

Assemble all ingredients and place the peach preserve or jam first onto the crust

Add all the fruit

Cover with the cheese, in small, thin slices

Add salt and brown sugar

Bake at 375*f until the cheese is well melted, and the crust is golden.

Let the pizza relax for about 10 minutes, then serve, with a scoop of ice cream on the side.

This makes a delicious dessert pizza, and I hope you all will like it.
