Orange Rice Pudding Recipe

	rice orange zest

Ingredients

2 c. white rice, cooked

1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream

1 t. vanilla

1/2 the zest from 1 orange

Directions

cook rice according to package or use left over rice

over med. low heat add heavy whipping cream to rice. bring to almost a boil, take off heat.

add vanilla and zest
