Orange Rice Pudding

I found this in Womans Day. I tweeked it some. So easy and fast and good. I use left over rice. Good reason to make extra rice. and this is great warm
Ingredients
- 2 c. white rice, cooked shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 t. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 the zest from 1 orange shopping list
How to make it
- cook rice according to package or use left over rice
- over med. low heat add heavy whipping cream to rice. bring to almost a boil, take off heat.
- add vanilla and zest
