Stuffed Black Olives

STUFFED BLACK OLIVES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Blair Estate in Rowlett, Texas in 1990.
Ingredients
- 2 cans drained pitted jumbo black olives shopping list
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese shopping list
- 2 pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno juice from canned jalapenos shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered cumin shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon powdered oregano shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except black olives until well blended.
- Stuff black olives with mixture then keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
