Ingredients

2 bone-in loin chops(8oz.ea.)

1/4c water

1/4c ketchup

2Tbs white vinegar

1Tbs dried minced onion

1Tbs brown sugar

1tbs worcestershire sauce

11/2tsp lemon juice

11/2tsp soy sauce

1/2tsp garlic powder

1/2tsp ground mustard

2 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese(3/4oz.ea)

2 slices deli ham(3/4oz. ea)

Directions

Cut pocket in each chop by slicing almost to the bone;set aside. In a small bowl combine all ingredients from the water through the mustard.Pour 1/2c. marinade in large resealable plastic bag;add the pork. Seal bag and turn to coat;refrigerate overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.

Drain chops;discard marinade. Place a cheese slice on each slice of ham;ro;; up jelly roll style. Insert into each pocket;secure with toothpicks.

Grill pork chops ,covered, over medium heat for 6-8 mins. on each side or till thermometer reads 160,basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Remove toothpicks
