How to make it

  • Cut pocket in each chop by slicing almost to the bone;set aside. In a small bowl combine all ingredients from the water through the mustard.Pour 1/2c. marinade in large resealable plastic bag;add the pork. Seal bag and turn to coat;refrigerate overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
  • Drain chops;discard marinade. Place a cheese slice on each slice of ham;ro;; up jelly roll style. Insert into each pocket;secure with toothpicks.
  • Grill pork chops ,covered, over medium heat for 6-8 mins. on each side or till thermometer reads 160,basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Remove toothpicks
