Easy Potato Pancakes

- 3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 - 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place hash browns in a strainer and rinse with cold water until thawed.
- Drain thoroughly and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the flour, eggs, buter, water and salt. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or electric fry pan to medium heat.
- Drop batter by 1/3 cupfuls into oil; fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels. Enjoy!
