Three-cheese Garlic Bread Recipe
This is a perfect side for any pasta dish. Oooey gooey and really good.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1 garlic clove pressed,or more or less to your liking
  • 1-1/3 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 1-1/4 cups grated parmesan-reggiano cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup, packed, grated monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 12-3/4 inch thick slices of plain rustique bread or ciabatta bread.

Directions
  1. Poistion rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 475 degrees.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, butter and garlic together in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Mix feta, 1/2 cup parmesan, monerey jack, and scallions.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto each bread slice.
  5. Top each with 1 tablespoon of parmesan, pressing slightly to adhere.
  6. Place onto baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
  8. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 12-15 minutes.

Mmmm I love garlic bread... and this recipe is different.... Will have to try this over the 4th...Thanks for the post..
