Ingredients

How to make it

  • Poistion rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 475 degrees.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, butter and garlic together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Mix feta, 1/2 cup parmesan, monerey jack, and scallions.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto each bread slice.
  • Top each with 1 tablespoon of parmesan, pressing slightly to adhere.
  • Place onto baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 12-15 minutes.
