How to make it

  • Boil potatoes in 2 1/2 l water until potatoes are well done.
  • Cool down to the room temperature. Add all ingredients. Be careful with salt, lemon juice and sugar, the stock should be sweet-sour to your taste. The soup is served cold (that is why it is called Kholodnik)
  • Serve with sour cream.
