Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix everything together
  • Work the dough for 15 minutes
  • Let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Split the dough in 4 or 5 parts
  • Roll out a part as thin as you can.
  • Spread flour over and make a ball
  • Roll out again. Do this 4 or 5 times, until you can read the news paper through it.
  • You can cut Tagliatelle, Ravioli, etc. from this
  • Roll out every part of the dough.
  • Boil water and cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes.

Hey just found out I'm allergic to wheat and attempting to make my own corn pasta...with NO success. Your recipe says 500 g gluten free flour, can that be corn flour and then 100 grams maize flour which I understand Is corn flour? OR do have to you some other flour for the 500g like rice or soya or something else and then 100g of corn flour. Sorry for sounding stupid but I'm not willing to pay $4.00 for 500 grams of corn pasta in the store. Any advice is welcome. Thanks

Peetabear, I use No Gluten flour from Revogan.
I do not know if it works in a pasta machine. I use a roll but I'm curious to know. Please let us know if it does.
