Gluten Free Pasta Dough Recipe
Gluten free dough for people who like to make their own pasta. The best part is that nobody knows that this is gluten free pasta when you serve it to friends! (and you don't tell of course)

Ingredients
  • 500 gram gluten free flour
  • 100 gram maize flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free baking powder
  • Olive oil (if needed)

Directions
  1. Mix everything together
  2. Work the dough for 15 minutes
  3. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge
  4. Split the dough in 4 or 5 parts
  5. Roll out a part as thin as you can.
  6. Spread flour over and make a ball
  7. Roll out again. Do this 4 or 5 times, until you can read the news paper through it.
  8. You can cut Tagliatelle, Ravioli, etc. from this
  9. Roll out every part of the dough.
  10. Boil water and cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes.

a couple of questions.... what gluten free flour do you use???

and will this dough work in a pasta machine??


Peetabear, I use No Gluten flour from Revogan.
I do not know if it works in a pasta machine. I use a roll but I'm curious to know. Please let us know if it does.
