Blender- Potatoe Casserole

Different way to make casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 cup Cubed colby or pepper Jack cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced green and red pepper shopping list
- 1 onion Quartered shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes cubed{to fit into Blender}peeled} shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in Blender (IN ORDER LISTED}
- Cover and blend on high speed[ JUST UNTILLTHE POTATOES GO THROUGH THE BLADE}
- DO NOT OVER BLEND.
- Pour into lightly greased casserole dish
- Bake uncovered 1 hour @350 degrees
