I love watching Alton Brown's show - and I love his recipes. I'm sure this one is no exception. The bread flour is interesting...another cookie I "have to" make (I like to twist my own arm). I will try them with the toasted pecan suggestion, as that's the nut I usually have around. Thanks, conner!
