- 1 large container Quaker ORIGINAL (not quick) rolled oats shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup bakers grated coconut shopping list
- 1 cup sliced almonds shopping list
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts shopping list
- 1 cup dried cranberries (craisins) shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- (other dried fruits can be added or substituted to suit your own liking, such as) shopping list
- sultanas shopping list
- zante currants shopping list
- dehydrated banana chips shopping list
- chopped dates shopping list
- chopped prunes, if you REALLY want to get things going shopping list
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. You can return the mix to the oat container, although it will have more than doubled in volume.
- I'll sometimes put portions in individual ziploc sandwich bags
- Serve, uncooked with milk or soymilk.
- add a spoonful of honey, if desired. I sure do

So this is kind of like an oatmeal cereal! This is another cool recipe from you! Sounds delish with all the dried fruit and a splash of honey!

This is simply a delicious "unpacked", good tasting breakfast bar as far as I'm concerned. I ALWAYS under cook my oats to keep them crunchy anyway, robert! Thanks for this one and you get my ^5.
