A happy marriage of lentil-edamame stew and pad kee mao that can be as fiery or tame as you like. Also a great quick and hearty meal for rushed week nights. Omit the chicken for a satisfying vegatarian twist on lentils-as-usual.

For the record, I did not rate this dish a 3. I rated it a 5. I do not understand why anyone would rate something under a 5. It is better to simply not rate at all. I am sorry that someone evil has done this to such a wonderful recipe.

Pad kee mao (the Thai noodle dish from which I drew inspiration) translates to Drunkard's Noodles. Thus, drunkard's lentils.
And no worries. People are just as allowed to find this un-likable as they are awesome!
Thanks all :)
