Ingredients

How to make it

  • Defrost spinach and squeeze dry.
  • Add to softened cream cheese and one half of the melted butter.
  • Season with salt, pepper, lemon rind and nutmeg.
  • Put in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle the croutons on top.
  • Drizzle with remaining butter.
  • (can sprinkle with some grated parmesan cheese if you have it)
  • Bake at 375 degree for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
