Texas Caviar

This is a great, cool summer snack. Pair it with multi grain tortilla chips & enjoy the high fiber benefits. You can also use low fat Italian dressing if you are watching your waist line!
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans shopping list
- 1 (15 oz) can black eyed peas shopping list
- 1 (15 oz) can white hominey shopping list
- 1 bottle Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions - chopped shopping list
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chile's shopping list
- 3 roma tomatoes - diced shopping list
- 4 tbs cilantro - diced shopping list
How to make it
- Drain canned items & add to large bowl.
- Mix in Italian dressing & then add in remaining items. Cover & refridgerate overnight.
