Roasted Garlic Spread

Great spread for garlic lovers
Ingredients
- 1 large head garlic shopping list
- 1 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tbls. chives, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cut garlic head 1/4 way down
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Wrap in foil
- Bake 40-45 minutes, until garlic is soft
- Let cool
- Squeeze out garlic into mixing bowl and set aside
- In mixing bowl, add cream cheese and butter and beat until light and fluffy
- Add garlic and salt and beat until blended
- Stir in chives
