How to make it

  • Freeze 4 ramekins
  • Bring the cream and expresso powder to a boil in small sauce pan
  • Meanwhile in food processor combine chocolate and sugar and process finely ground
  • Add egg, vanilla and salt and pulse to a pste
  • With machine running, add hot cream in a steady stream and process until smooth and silky
  • Transfer to ramekins and freeze 20 minutes
  • Garnish with chocolate curls and whipped cream if desired
  • Note: the egg is necesarry for the texture of the pudding and do not omit

    It does sound hands down loverly, Midgelet!! thaanks for posting. and doesn't the egg cook when being processed with the hot cream?
