Grilled Bok Choy

- 4 heads baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise, washed and dried shopping list
- juice of 1 medium orange (approx. 1/3 cup) shopping list
- 2 T. soy sauce (use gluten-free to make this gf) shopping list
- 1 T. dark sesame oil shopping list
- 1/4 t. dried red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk all together and brush the bok choy with the marinade.
- Heat grill, place the bok choy cut side down. Loosely cover with aluminum goil and cook until tender, basing occasionally.
- Serve!
