How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450. Spread beans on baking sheet and scatter the diced bacon evenly over. Top with a sprinkling of granulated garlic to taste and a few grinds of pepper.
  • Roast until the bacon is crisp, the beans are beginning to brown, but they are still slightly crisp. If desired drizzle with a little basamic vinegar.
