Reuban Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Prick crust and bake for 7 minutes.
  • Fill pie shell with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
  • Bake 40 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

    Finally made this and it was awesome. I put a little thousand island dressing on the side for a light dipping. Tastes just like the sandwich. TY for the post.

    this was a big hit. it is like eating a ruben sandwich. i think i'll mix everything together then pour into the crust.
