Reuban Quiche

- 1 pie crust, 9-inch unbaked shopping list
- 8 ounces corned beef - cooked and shredded shopping list
- 3/4 cup sauerkraut drained and squeezed shopping list
- 2 cups swiss cheese grated shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 cup light cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion grated shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Prick crust and bake for 7 minutes.
- Fill pie shell with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
- Bake 40 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
